I don't know if this is a bug, it's just something I don't understand.

When you edit a country in a new start date, the country name, flag, nationality and ideology percentage all are not there and it's just from the leader down. Is this intentional? If, so please tell me the reason why.

The ideology percentage should show, but the others won't as these are things that don't change with a different start date.

So does that mean when creating a country I should have all the details put in for 1936, and then put in the leader and things for a new start date "EG 2000.1.1"

If I am not making any sense at all in this, please show me a step by step tutorial on how to do this.
