I put the mods in the right place and still when I upload the mod to the workshop It doesn't include any content in the mod.

Are you uploading the mod via Steam directly, or via the HOI4 launcher?

That may be why. The HOI4 launcher allows you to upload your mod to Steam, and will add all the necessary files during upload

I did upload by the Hoi4 launcher, and I even followed a tutorial but still nothing from the mod is in-game.

Did you upload the correct files?

When running the game, does your focus trees/custom countries show?

Do you get any errors when you try to upload the mod through the launcher?

I am pretty sure I uploaded the correct files. And when I created the mod for the first it worked, but when I uploaded it to the steam on the workshop it did not work for some reason. Tutorials says reupload the mod again the verify the files but still nothing. 

And with focus trees and custom countries.

I currently have some custom countries and many focus trees, but none of those stuff show in the uploaded mod.
