How to fix server errors from exporting Mod

The issue seems to be as you had two countries with the same tag (Tex for Texas Union & Texas Empire), this isn't valid as each country needs a unique tag.

I've swapped the tag for Texas Union to TXU, and everything appears to be exporting as expected.
