So i have a probelm with a puppet of germany, the name would be kingdom of ukraine but in game is reichprotecktorats ukraine. i searched how to remove this and his say you need to remove GER_UKR in cosmetic tage file but i didn't found GER_UKR so how to remove this problem.

If you copy the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV\localisation\countries_cosmetic_l_[language].yml

To your mod's localisation folder. There will be the following lines in there which you can remove:
