It's basically what if China slapped Japan's ass in the first sino-japanese war because germans came and helped them, and what if Emperor Guangxu's reforms actually went through(because no xinhai revolution then :DDD). In 1914 China joined the central powers bc germany helped them and they won lmao now japan is a shogunate because uhhh people mad at emperor because japan lost bc of him because idk and they want to become a shogunate again idk japanese stuff also i need to make europe look like kaiserreich bc the germans won ww1
the lore needs polishing but yeah its like that

1. fixing the portraits bc theyre like 240p lmao
2. gfx for focuses and national spirirts.
3. ideas for the focus tree
4. overhauling the countries because ww1 central powers won
