Error Mod not working

Hey there,I am currently working on a mod but the mod doesn't start. I always get an error.For some information I created 2 new countries. (Nordic Union) and the (Germanic Empire). If this is anything to do with it.This is the error:"[22:19:18][countrydatabase.cpp:137]: Duplicate Country Tag - GRE
