Requesting programmers for a TNO prequel!

Greetings! I am VLenin2291, creator of a concept for a prequel to TNO: The New Order: Beginning of the End, set between 1952 and 1961. The mod features events such as the West Russian War, SS Rebellion, collapse of the German economy, and so on and so forth. I can write informal events and focus trees, but just thinking about programming or making custom focus icons/leader portraits makes me want to shoot myself, so one, kudos to all programmers and artists for having an iron will, and two, I'm looking for... programmers and artists.

Planned content for:

Major countries

West Russian Revolutionary Front, both for victory and defeat in the West Russian War. I am writing this one.The Greater Germanic Reich, for both the canon ending to the SS Rebellion and an early German Civil War (Speidel doesn't uncover the plot or Himmler is executed) and the aftermaths of both.The Empire of Japan, including continuing the Cold War against Germany and the United States or reconciling with one to focus on the other.The Italian Empire, including creating the Triumvirate or just letting the Atlantropa Disaster slide and staying with Germany.The Kingdom of England, including continued collaboration or a very early Second English Civil War.The United States of America, including continuing the Cold War or withdrawing back into isolationism.The Spanish State, including forming Iberia or protecting Portugal.
