i wanted to ask if there is a way to make a decision or focus where you change your country's name

never mind---- if you know how to delete a post please say

1) Is this in the mod "The Arcane World"? As I do see you have assigned a leader to the Magic ideology. Or is the issue you're having something different?

2) In the country tool, if you click "Military" in the sidebar, you will have access to create custom generals/admirals; set their name/traits/picture/etc.
