just search up "promotes a character" and it'll be the only option there

There's an effect to my knowledge that can happen with events or focuses that allows you to change the leader of an ideology, i'm not entirely sure how it works but it is there

For bigger nations, it often gets painfully difficult to individually go through all the states and change their ownership. Is there any "quick annex" key or do I just have to deal with the minor inconvenience?

How do you make the decisions actually... do things? For me, the decisions just have prerequisites for them to be visible, and seem to do absolute nothing in game. How do I make them trigger events, annex countries, etc.

i made my mod, but i just don't know. and i can't find any tutorials. can someone send a video of how to import in the newest hoi4 no step back version?
