My mod has both the Country and Start Date overhauls set.
I noticed that giving any of the states controlled by the Belgian Congo (COG tag) in vanilla (state IDs are: 295, 538, 718, 890, 888, 889, 768, 769) to a tag instead causes the Congo to gain control of them. After checking, this is because the history files for those states all contain a check for the Gotterdammerung DLC which transfers them to the Congo tag.
Whilst not an especially difficult problem to solve manually, it would be a nice QOL fix.
