Mysore State Missing Provinces

After the map update for 1.16, every time I export my mod (with country replacer on, I haven't tried without it. I have made a new mod and turned on country replacer- it still crashes.) it crashes due to an error with the map. Upon opening the nudger, I noticed that the Mysore (State ID 12146) is lacking 2 provinces it has in the base game (The IDs are 10190 and 7391). Simply giving the provinces to the Mysore state in the history files doesn't fix it either.

Gotterdammerung Congo History Files

My mod has both the Country and Start Date overhauls set.

I noticed that giving any of the states controlled by the Belgian Congo (COG tag) in vanilla (state IDs are: 295, 538, 718, 890, 888, 889, 768, 769) to a tag instead causes the Congo to gain control of them. After checking, this is because the history files for those states all contain a check for the Gotterdammerung DLC which transfers them to the Congo tag. 

Whilst not an especially difficult problem to solve manually, it would be a nice QOL fix.
