The major powers will try to maintain their influence over the world to get access to whatever rare resources are left while the minor powers begin to rebel against colonialism and start to have popular socialist uprisings. The Major powers will have to deal with anarchist uprisings, fascist coup attempts, and civil wars while trying to stop minors from going socialist and choosing their own destiny....
