Have you ever thought, What if WW1 destroyed Europe? Well, I did, and it created a really messy mod, where countries need to reunify, and after the reunifications the 2nd World War will begin. Who fails to reunify, gets destroyed in the war, who successfuly unfies, gets rewarded with territory after they win.
Now, who am I looking for:
GFX guy, for natfocuses

WWI dragged on until 1924, just before the effects of the great depression. America never joined the war but because of determined soldiers and colonial conscripts the remaining Entente won. Germany was dissolved for the most part leaving the less grand “German Confederation” to take its place as a republic. Eventually Ultra-Nationalist took the government of Germany and multiple colonies broke from France and England. They tried taking them back but with internal socialism and the great depression lingering plus some strikes and mutiny/desertion they were never able to reclaim some of their holdings. Italy felt the effects really bad and dissolved as royalist forces in the north loyal to the French and former Entente stand off with the Two Sicily’s, a republic with socialist policies. The colonies of Libya, Egypt, Sudan, and many more battled others in short yet deadly wars and Russia never sold Alaska because their Tsar thought they could harvest some profit from it. When the Russian Revolution happened in 1917, Lenin and his masses took Russia but not the Mountain Republic, Alaska, Turkestan, and other countries. In China, the civil war of 1911 had failed due to help from the colonial powers like Germany, UK, France, Russia, and others because of anti colonial republican ideas from the republic of China, after this instability the Northern Expedition of Chiang Kai Shek ended in failure as Qing warlords and soldiers beat them into exile. The warlords then broke Qing China and its Hegemony after some internal bickering and battles, breaking China apart. in America, Quebec after a referendum is elevated to its own dominion and Guyana unites after they break from their colonizers. Other things have to go unmentioned because this is getting way too long.

It's gonna be a competitive mod somewhat like if you know horstorical or like LW or even old HMM. I need some help to do all of it. Hi there! I'm Captain Orange, And today I'm looking for anyone interested in helping me with my MP-focused Alt. History mod for Hearts of Iron 4. Which is currently called Project: Rhomaion at the moment.
Project: Rhomaion is a Multiplayer-focused Alt. History mod with an emphasis on the question "What if the Byzantine Empire lasted longer?". Which also includes some other elements which will make the mod unique, including a planned Soviet civil war between Trotsky and Zinoviev, an actual Chinese Civil War between the Kuomintang Left and Kuomintang Right, a divided America (no Civil War, just two different US-like states east of the Rockies/Mississippi river), and a different Great War.
The Mod currently only has me on board, but more help is greatly appreciated! The mod also plans on reworking states, provinces, and even key aspects of army, navy and air mechanics, along with some logistics tweaking and new types of research!
